8h00: Private tour guide and private car pick up at hotel . Start the tour from hotel , visiting  Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Museum. Enjoy the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho's final resting-palace .Just next door is Ho Chi Minh's house on stilts where he used to live in the past. Lying to one side of the Mausoleum is the One Pillar Pagoda, built by King Ly Thai To in 1049 the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi. Continue to visit Buddhist Tran Quoc Pagoda on West lake ( One of the oldest in Vietnam ). Lunch is served at local restaurant.
PM : After lunch proceed to visit the Ethnology Museum, continue to visit the Literature Temple and Quoc Tu Giam - Vietnam"s first university constructed in 1070, Its gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam"s past. After that we will take you to Hoan Kiem Lake, see the peaceful water, and visit Ngoc Son temple, around Old Quarters. Enjoy show of water puppet and overnight in Hanoi

08.00am: Our BUS would pick up from your hotel in Hanoi. Drive to Ha Long City through the green fields in the Red River Delta.
10.00: Stopover on the way for a refreshment break.
12.00: Embark at Ha Long wharf - Break and photography time
12.30: Boat Cruises on Halong, enjoy a welcoming drink and cruise briefing.
13.30: Have lunch while cruising in Bai Tu Long Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay.
15.30: Transfer by tender to Thien Canh Son cave. Our tour guide will take you to a huge cave with many interesting stalactite and stalagmite in different amazing shapes .. After about half an hour visiting, you will go back to tender and return to the boat. Then return to cruise for your leisure or join sunbathing, enjoy swimming in the crystal clear water. Join with cooking class by our chef.

19.00: Vietnamese style set dinner is served on board.

08.00: Have breakfast, coffee and tea is served.
08.30: Have slightly breakfast while cruising to discover more about Bai Tu Long Bay and go in to Vung Ha.
09.00: Drop anchor at Vung Ha. Discovering Vung Ha geological park through kayak to see panorama view of Bai Tu Long Bay with thousands of islets around. Here you can stay on private beach for relaxing, take sunbathing and swimming at Vung Ha Beach.
12.30: Have lunch on boat in a romantic area of Bai Tu Long Bay.
13.30: you will come to discover Be Ong Dau area by kayak. You will explore a huge lake surrounded by mountains. Take sunbathing and swimming at Be Ong Dau Beach.
15.00: Kayaking back to the boat and start cruising back to Cong Do for stay overnight.
19.00: Vietnamese style set dinner is served.

07.30: Have breakfast and enjoy sunrise on the bay.
08.00: Visit ancient Vung Vieng floating village you are not only be immersed in the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, but also be surrounded by the rocky mountains by small bamboo boat for an hour or kayaking in to the ancient village, then return to cruise for relaxing.
10.00: After an hour around floating village, you back to the boat and packing your luggage and check out the room.
10.30: Have lunch while cruising back through Ha Long Bay to the pier
11.30: Disembark at Ha long wharf, time to say goodbye to the crew.
12.00: Meet your BUS driver who is waiting for you at the pier.
Transfer from Halong to Hanoi in 3 hours and a half . Drop off at hotel lobby in Hanoi in the afternoon at around 16.00- 17.00 Free time for you. (hotel for day use is not included but you can order and pay directly at hotel if you want) .
At night, 21.00, Guide and taxi will pick up at hotel address for transfer to train station for overnight train to Hue - Depart 22.00- arrive: 10.30 am next morning. SE3 train - private 4 berth cabin for 2 person using

On arrival at train station at 10.30am, you would be picked up by our private guide. Transfer to local restaurant in Hue for breakfast and relax. Our car would transfer your luggage directly to Tam Tinh Vien homestay.
12.00 noon, private cycling tour from Hue to Thuy Bieu village
Riding to the first sighseeing site, Tiger Arena (Ho Quyen). Ho Quyen was the arena where duels between elephants and tigers were arranged for the entertainment of the Emperor, the royal family and mandarins.
Next: You will visit Long Chau Temple or Dien Voi Re - "The Palace of Crying Elephants". Long Chau temple is a royal temple where the kings' war elephants were buried and worshipped.
12:30pm: Continue to ride to Thuy Bieu village, visit the first local house, discover the aloes wood work by the local people.
01:00pm: You keep cycling along verdant paths visit Nguyen Phuoc Toc worship palace, Luong Quan temple and visit local people's daily life.
02:00pm: Visiting ancient houses, called "Nha Ruong", over 100 years.
02:30pm: Your stomach rumbles? Why waiting while the Vietnamese traditional lunch is ready! Dishes are made from local materials by skillful hand of woman of poetic Hue. Taking a rest.
03:30pm: You will take part in making sesame candy under the instructions of the lord of house. Then you can reap the fruit of your labour.
04:00pm: It's the time for your foot relaxing after riding. You will have 15 minutes to steep your foot in with some medicinal herbs.
04:15pm: Leaving Thuy Bieu village to Tam Tinh Vien by our private car. Don't forget to say thanks to friendly people and skillful woman, who gave you an impressive experience in Vietnam countryside.

Morning, private car and guide pick up at Tam Tinh Vien homestay and transfer you to Hue city for the cooking class at Tinh Gia Vien .
Cooking class Menu:
1.     Dance of the phoenix
2.     Pineaple lantern of assorted appetizers
3.     VietNamese spring roll in the form peacock 
We start the morning from 8:00 am with a drink at Tinh Gia Vien Restaurant and please enjoy Vietnam coffee or Vietnam tea free and listen to the course information.
+ 8:30 am We go to Dong Ba market to buy some materials for your lesson and look at the daily life of local people.+ 9:15 am We come back Tinh Gia Vien Restaurant.+ 9:30 We start to cook and any questions.
+ 13:00pm Finish the lesson and then enjoy your products.
