In the morning, we’ll take a fascinating tour of the historical sites of downtown Ho Chi Minh City. The tour will take us to visit famous places including the War Remnants museum and the Presidential Palace. Afterward, we’ll go to the Vietnam Bike Tour garage for bike fittings and a tour brief. Then, we’ll have dinner at a local restaurant and you’re free to explore the city on your own.

The Cu Chi region was pivotal in the defeat of the US during the Vietnamese war. Almost completely devastated by continual bombing and napalming overland, many Viet Cong still survived by digging and hiding in underground tunnel networks. On the second day, we’ll visit the vast underground network of tunnels and enjoy some boating and biking along the way. Then, we’ll return to Ho Chi Minh City to stay the night.

We’ll transfer out of the bustling city and head to Bao Loc, famous for its tea plantations. We’ll stop there to enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Then, we’ll transfer to Prenn waterfall for a short rest and some sight seeing. When we arrive in Da Lat, we’ll check into the hotel and you’ll have some time to cycle around the city and explore its unique sights. You’ll ride past by Xuan Huong Lake, Da Lat flower garden, Da Lat market, and Langbiang Mountain.

After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll begin our 100km ride from the hotel to Nha Trang. We’ll stop along the way to admire the beautiful scenery of the Vietnamese countryside and for a picnic lunch. Upon arrival, we’ll take some time to visit the Ponnagar tower. Then, we’ll settle down for the night and prepare for the next day’s ride.

You’ll be able to enjoy some early swimming at the nice beach before breakfast. Then, we’ll take a local boat out to spend some time snorkeling. Afterward, we’ll visit an aquarium and enjoy lunch at an island restaurant.

We’ll enjoy some early morning swimming at the beach, Tai chi with the locals, and breakfast at the hotel. Then, we’ll check out and drive to Ninh Hoa. Our bike ride will begin with a climb over the Co Ma Pass. On the way down the pass, you’ll see scenic views of surrounding mountains, the sea, and Dai Lanh’s sandy beach. We’ll enjoy a seafood lunch before continuing to cycle along peaceful roads to Tuy Hoa for the night.

After a short transfer out of the city, today's ride is along challenging, natural country roads. The scenery is stunning as we ride up a small hill to a local village. The path we’ll take is flanked with ride fields and mountains, we’ll stop to enjoy the view and a picnic lunch along the way. We’ll stay overnight in Quang Ngai historical city.

We’ll have a morning ride from the hotel to the famous massacre site at My Lai. Then, we’ll do some charity work at a local school. Afterward, we’ll keep riding to My Khe beach, where we’ll pause for lunch. The rest of the day’s journey will be on dirt roads until we reach Chau O, where we’ll transfer by bus to Hoi An for the night.

You’ll have the entire day at leisure in Hoi An. You may explore the city on your own, cycle to My Son heritage, partake in a traditional cooking class, or go snorkeling. We’ll stay in Hoi An for a second night.

In the morning, we’ll head to Ngu Hanh Son, the Marble Mountains, to visit the famous stone sculptures. There are hundreds of statues and unique sculptures made of Sandstone and Marble in the park. After taking some time to admire the stonework, we’ll cycle along the coast and up to the Hai Van Pass - a legendary Pass in the center of Vietnam (20km cycling up and down) from 14th century. We’ll enjoy lunch at Lang Co beach, which was recognized by UNESCO as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. After a transfer to Phuoc Tuong hill, well ride down to Cau Hai lagoon, and through the "ghost city" before arriving in Hue for our overnight stay.

In the morning, we’ll take a boat to visit the ancient tombs and pagodas of the old imperial city. Then, Easy Indochina Bike Tours’ll ride to Minh Mang and Tu Duc tombs. Lunch will be held at a local restaurant in the city. You’ll have some free time before our overnight train to Nam Dinh.

After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll transfer out of the town to Tam Coc. From there, we’ll ride to Hoa Lu and Cuc Phuong National Park. Along the way, we’ll stop for lunch at a goat restaurant in Nho Quan. In the afternoon, we’ll visit an animal rescue farm before settling in at the Cuc Phuong guesthouse. Later, once the sun has gone down, we’ll take a jeep out into the reserve to witness animal nightlife and behavior.

On the thirteenth day, you’ll pass many pineapple farms on your way from Cuc Phuong National Park to Tam Coc. We’ll stop along the way for lunch and a rest. Then, we’ll continue cycling to Tam Coc to catch our transfer to Hai Phong for the night.

In the morning, we’ll ride through the city and pay a visit to the third largest opera house in Vietnam. Then, we’ll continue cycling to Ha Long Bay, crossing the challenging suspension bridge over the river Bach Dang on the way. Upon arrival, we’ll board a traditional wooden junk boat for an overnight journey. We’ll feast on a delicious lunch as we cruise among hundreds of islets and discover unspoiled pockets of Halong Bay. We’ll stop to visit Sung Sot cave, one of the most imposing grottos of the Bay. Then, we’ll swim at Soi Sim beach and trek to the top of Titov Mountain for magnificent, panoramic views.

We’ll begin the day with a visit to Luon cave. Taking a small bamboo boat, we’ll paddle out to the cave and enjoy the quiet area surrounded by high islets and mountains. Then, we’ll re-board the junk and sail past the Bay’s rock formations (Man’s Head islet, Tortoise islet, Butterfly cave, Lion islet, and Bai Tho mountain). We’ll enjoy the tranquil scenery as the boat meanders its way through the bay on its way back to Ha Long city. Then, we’ll have a quick transfer by bus back to Hanoi.

After some rest at the hotel, we’ll enjoy a breakfast at Pho24 (traditional Vietnamese noodle soup) near Ho Guom Lake. Afterward, we’ll spend the entire day exploring Hanoi. We’ll take a city tour to visit the Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum complex, and one pillar pagoda. In the afternoon, you’ll have free time to do as you wish.
